New Zealand Spinach
New Zealand Spinach
As opposed to normal spinach, New Zealand spinach is a unique vegetable that will grow during warm seasons of the year during which ordinary spinach cannot grow. New zealand spinach is often smaller than normal spinach in size and has more fuzzy and downy leaves. The most prominent nutrients in this vegetable are Vitamin K, manganese, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and copper. It is important to note that New Zealand spinach is not a true spinach, but rather is more equated to a warmer cousin in growing season and taste.
