Carrots

Carrots may be the single most eaten vegetable across the globe due to their high snackability and hardiness. Although the orange hue of carrots have been fame-struck by main media, carrots can be yellow, white, or purple. The shape is variant in other places across the globe, but farmers in the USA have standardized growth of the orange, spear-like variant. The skin can be peeled based on preference. Carrots are plentiful with carotenoids, folate, and dietary fiber. Some benefits may include avoiding birth defects and relatively improved vision in the night.
