Sherman Neal is President and Owner of Hooks AV LLC, an Illinois commercial construction company specializing in concrete paving for commercial and government institutions. He participates in various philanthropic and volunteer activities including President of the College of DuPage Foundation, the Obama Legacy Initiative and US Naval Academy Blue and Gold Program. Neal is a retired Navy Commander (Commander) with over 20 year experience in various senior leadership roles in the US Navy. In addition, Neal is a former Vice President in corporate banking, with over 15 years tenure with major North American financial institutions specializing in corporate finance, technology budgeting and strategy and financial information systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science with concentration in Mathematics and General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy (Annapolis, Md), MBA (Finance) from DePaul University (Chicago) and graduate studies in Management Information Systems from New York University.
