Jameena Ivory is an award winning executive biotech sales manager always giving time to support philanthropic causes. Her aptitude for marketing and entrepreneurial spirit allowed her to excel in her corporate career while developing a successful niche in fund raising, special event planning and style consulting. Jameena began volunteering with the NAACP as a child following in the path of her parents, has chaired their gala several times and worked on various projects over the years. She is a member of the Board of Trustees at DuPage AME Church and an officer of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Lambda Alpha Omega Chapter where she serves on several committees and co-chairs their youth group for teen girls that promotes culture, academics, leadership and personal enrichment through workshops and community service. She was active with the fundraiser to support the College of DuPage’s Frida Kahlo Timeless Exhibition 2021. Jameena is a past member of Jack & Jill of America and received the Orchid Award from the Top Ladies of
Distinction. She is also a member of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s African American Engagement board. Jameena was raised in West Suburban Chicago and attended the University of Wisconsin earning a degree in Journalism/Advertising. She has a COVID-19 Contact Tracing Certificate from John Hopkins Hospital and certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from the University of South Florida. She also studied interior design at the International Academy of Design & Technology in Chicago. She is an avid supporter of the arts, enjoys gardening and entertaining and is excited to continue to work with OLI and proud to support their mission to supply people in need with healthy food.
